I decided to replace the radio in my FJ Cruiser and thereby entered DIY hell. Radio kind of worked but no air conditioner, fan, etc. I called Acton Toyota service. The service representative took my information, understood my issues, talked to a tech, who clearly understood as well. I brought my car in and the tech fixed my radio/fan/etc problems, very quickly!!! I am thrilled with the service I received at Acton Toyota.
Had previously had a bad experience but wanted to give them another try. Big difference this go round! Will, in Service, went above and beyond for a quick, professional and a positive experience.
Will butler was great and set good up front expectations of how long the service will take and even got it done before the allotted time. Highly recommend !
Recently brought in my truck for a routine service appointment to change fluids and rotate tires. I specifically asked over the phone if this service would be covered by the plan that came with my vehicle when I purchased it several years ago, and was told the services would be free of charge. Great! So I drove the 45 minutes there from home and was told once again by my service advisor, Chris D., that my plan was still active and today's services would be free of charge. Would have been 4 star, but on my most recent visit I had, what I would consider, a perfect experience. It didn't take much, but the little things added up to a significant improvement. Every time I've been here prior, it has gone as expected. Stiff, kinda awkward, some pushback (but never aggressive) on deffering services.
