This sure was a learning experience for me. The daytime running lamps on my 2020 Veloster weren't working the way they were supposed to. They were off on the driver's side while the headlights were turned on which is not normal. I purchased my 2024 Kona end of 2023. Had a very positive experience. The few times I had my car serviced, also positive experiences, until yesterday. Brought my car in Friday April 4 b/c of a flat tire. I have the tire coverage (highly recommend). Service Dept was accommodating and responsive. Car also needed an oil change which was scheduled as well, as was a recall fix on computer system. Antonio was amazing. Great communication. Honestly. Reasonable and helpful. After we leased the car be followed up each of the next 3 days to ensure we were settling in well with the car. Great sales rep. Greet company.
I had an emergency situation. I had the car dropped off. Even with their busy schedule it was diagnosed in a couple of days. They did the warranty work. They were friendly and very professional. I had my car back and was on the road again. Especially the lovely lady in service who assisted me. She communicated with me. Kept me upto date and made sure I know we're everything stood.
