We had a wonderful experience with our saleswoman Digna Gonzalez and Jake the sales manager. Their knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. There was NO strong arming tactics negotiating a fair price for our 2025 Forester. It was a pleasant experience buying a car and we highly recommend them.
This was my first ever service from Curry Subaru for my new 2025 Outback. The wait was a bit long but I was told they were backed up so the wait was not a surprise. Only three stars this time because I told the person who confirmed my appointment whether the fluids would be topped off and he responded that they would be. I knew what car I wanted when I went to Curry. It was the second dealer to which I went. The salesman, Mike was very nice and not pushy at all. He followed up with 2 phone calls after the purchase. The manager was not pushy about the be post purchase extras available. ( I only purchased the “extra key) . My free oil and filter change happened very promptly even though I was 10 minutes late. Everyone I dealt with at Curry Subaru was wonderful & professional. My salesperson, Digna Gonzalez is the best! She made the whole experience a pleasure & all went seamlessly. She especially had a lot of patience showing me all the new features of the new Forester! She is very caring & knowledgeable. A job well done!
Purchasing experience seems as a scam. While the initial interaction was great and pleasant, whatever happens in the back when they talk to the manager seems like a scam. A deal was ultimately made due to necessity, but I felt taken advantage of. Even the signing of the paperwork made me feel uneasy. Added unneeded "extra" that did not change payment and would keep my payment the same if removed. A larger down payment and longer lease term kept my payment the same, yet the vehicle did not change in price from 3 years ago. ... read more
