Pleasant place to conduct business. We directly engaged with Dave Smith from start to finish. Dave was very knowledgeable about the products. He delivered a no pressure , no nonsense, interpersonal experience. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Sales manager Bobby appeared to be a real enabler at this operation.

Without boring everyone to tears, I’ll try to keep this short. I live near Utica- about a 2-2 1/2 hr drive away. My first visit to a dealer was horrible and I’ll leave that there. Looked into other dealers from Albany, Norwich and then Curry popped up. My job is insane right now, with extremely poor WiFi and never any time to actually call. My appointment for safety inspection went smoothly. From the greeting at service desk to the service by the technician was perfect. Christina and her partner are very good at their work. My Salesman, David Smith, was able to form a personal connection easily and quickly. Once talking he was able to elicit what was important to me. Even when I had chosen what I thought was the perfect car, than on the test drive, I wasn’t happy, he simply helped me to define what I was after and what product would fit my needs. Hate shopping , especially for cars. Trusted David Smith at Curry Subaru Kingston who made it fast and painless. He went the extra mile to get me out the door in 2 days. 1 was transport from another dealer. Explained everything . Enjoyed my Forrester today ...learned wipers heat...weather was crazy today. Also got phone call and text through car that David Smith synced my phone for me. High tech for me! Very happy! Excellent service.
