Hate shopping , especially for cars. Trusted David Smith at Curry Subaru Kingston who made it fast and painless. He went the extra mile to get me out the door in 2 days. 1 was transport from another dealer. Explained everything . Enjoyed my Forrester today ...learned wipers heat...weather was crazy today. Also got phone call and text through car that David Smith synced my phone for me. High tech for me! Very happy! Excellent service.
The front desk people were communicative, efficient and absolutely pleasant. Dave in the parts department was knowledgeable and very helpful. The service department did some trouble shooting retrofitting my tule crossbars to accommodate a new carrier. They have two pleasant waiting rooms, one quite for people to work. Overall great experience.
