SLOW, NO COMMUNICATION, DISHONEST Curry tried to charge $650 for $25 repair. Used the night key drop for a 7:30am express service for a standard oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. Also, the TPMS light was on. No communication the first day. Called and they said they get to the next day. No communication the second day after multiple tries. They send you a video of services to be performed, which is great, BUT it always takes longer than they initially estimate. Even an oil change took over an hour. I could go to my local guy and it’s 20 minutes in and out. Recently I went in for brakes. On the phone when I made the appt, they said I would definitely be done that day but they had to keep it over night and I didn’t even get the diagnostic until the next morning. About 3pm the next day it was ready. They fixed all my issues and price was reasonable.

VERY EXPENSIVE. CVT Transmission service (fluid replacement) is 120-150$ over market. Oil change is 20-30% over market. Service is slow, communication is lacking. The dealership is actually fantastic - the service center is trash.

I just wanted to say thanks to Phil at Curry Subaru Service department for always being professional and helpful. Whenever I show up with one of my Subaru vehicles, I can always count on Phil for excellent service. Thanks Phil!

Previously I gave the Service Department a bad review. A manager called me and apologized. Issue was resolved.
