Time, service and response are three key responsibilities for any repair shop which Koch 33 meets NONE of these. 1. A bumper replacement takes almost a month here. 2. Some people like me will think that this shop will be reliable as it has a big dealership, but thats not true unfortunately- they had fixed my car and it looks like its their first time fixing a car. This shop has redeemed itself. I'm beyond happy with the recent work done to my Toyota 4Runner. I previously had an extremely negative experience here back in 2023 after my first accident (misaligned bumper, filthy interior, paint issues, front desk issues, etc). I was recently involved in another accident due to a negligent driver and had significant front end damage. I'm blown away at the quality of work that was done. Had a great experience with Koch. From initial phone call to estimate, all the way through project---great communication, keeping me updated throughout. Chose them as they are Nissan certified and had some pretty serious damage to Armada. Car looks brand new now that job is complete (ahead of original estimated date too!) and the interior detailing was a nice surprise too! Really does feel like a brand new car. 100% recommend Koch Collision.
Ok we bought my wife a brand new 2024 Camry back in March at Koch Toyota to celebrate her retirement. Great experience from beginning to end and she loved the car. Fast forward to January and she hits a deer in her on the way home. Car only has 6000 miles on it, so I told my insurance company I want Koch Collision to handle the repairs. They did a fantastic job as well and we are more than thrilled. They were super communicative throughout the 5 weeks car was in their care.
