Since I didn't know exactly where to go for an inspection appointment, someone in sales actually took the time to walk along side my car to the correct garage door. The facility is very modern and clean. I was impressed by the service agent. She was quite knowledgeable, professional, very efficient and polite, with excellent follow up on some issues that occurred during inspection. Had no problem except the lost 2 of my lug nut covers off 2 tires, was told it wasn't in the bay area and nothing they can do. Was told Mgr would call next day. No call was made to me regarding my lost lug nut covers. Very disappointed. In the picture it shows 2 lug nut covers missing
I had dropped my truck off for an evaluation of a leak, and a rattling noise upon a cold start. The Koch team was quick to identify the source of the leak, and the noise. They ordered the parts and made the repairs, which thankfully was covered under warranty. The Koch team has been very polite, and professional. I had a wonderful experience getting my 2019 Ford F-150 serviced at Koch 33 Ford Service Center. Needed my pick up truck road ready for an out of town 3-state trip. I was able to bring my truck in within 1hr after scheduling the appointment on the same day in the a.m. Came in to get both front & rear break pads & rotors replaced along with passenger side indicator light bulb. Went in for a Software update Recall for the Power Steering module. Had no noticeable issues, Just a letter from ford saying it needed this recall done. The car was inspected and new tires put on it 4 days prior to going to dealer for recall, which couldn't be done where I had it inspected. All seemed well until I went to pull some videos off of my dash cam from a trip I went on.
