I broke a windshield wiper at the car wash. I drove right over to Koch and the service desk was very helpful. The wiper I needed was in stock and they replaced it promptly. I was on my way in ten minutes with a smile.
Showed up to my appointment only to be told it wasn’t booked properly and they could not perform the service at this time (45 min ride for me). Instead of offering a solution the young blonde working spoke to me like I was dumb questioning if I knew how to properly make an appointment when the error was on their end. She was as helpful as she is good at her job. Ray Price got me in the next day and performed the needed service, will be going to Ray Price in the future

Extraordinary service department. “Untangled” a complex after-market modification of my Mazda CX5. Restored my wonderful car after they performed an “exorcism” to a poorly performed modification to my used vehicle, bought elsewhere. Many thanks Kali and Jon.
