Your maintenance people are great. The mechanics are great. But 95% of the time when I make an appointment, you guys canceled it at the last minute or change it. And again it happened this time I was bringing In my Toyota RAV4 to get an oil change a tire rotation and a service recall that Toyota sent me. Always professional and courteous. I like the video update but just a suggestion on using a mic to reduce some background noise. Still appreciate the update and recommendations for my future service to keep my toyota running for record breaking mileage. Thank you everyone.

Terrible experience with the service department. After having our vehicle only 2 months it had to be towed in and they had it for 2 weeks. Originally told warranty wouldn't cover and would only cover 3 days rental. After calling warranty company it was magically covered. After finally being told vehicle was complete I visually inspected it and found they never cleaned the oil off from breakdown, oil still on top of motor and loose nuts and bolts from doing repair. Staff was friendly and helpful, even from different departments. While they were working on my car, they sent a video in real time of what they were checking/working on, which I thought was pretty cool. I also like the fact that when you get to the service department, you drive right inside, and they check you with you and your vehicle right there. I was there for my first servicing at 5000 miles. I was early but courteously and promptly received. The person who checked me in was friendly and took time to answer all my questions about my new vehicle. The waiting area was adequate with free coffee. I was texted a video were the technician gave me a report as he serviced my car. 100% professional.
