We will never use nor recommend this dealership. After a costly quote the service advisor did course correct and I thought we were on a better path. Upon picking up the car items inside we’re not put back after the work was completed, the fuse cover is bent and tossed in a cup holder, tires are incorrectly inflated and the tire pressure light is even on, a tool was left on the windshield—no attention to detail nor care for the customer’s vehicle. I damaged my Rim on my 2025 GR Corolla. I was sick. I called Koch 33 & they ordered my rim right away & scheduled me quickly. Now my GR is brand new again. Soooo Happy.

I personally love going to this place. The level of quality when it comes to their customer service remains unmatched. My car always runs smoother after they service it for whatever it needs. The staff their are very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Particularly Dottie and Jared 🙌 I highly recommend Koch 33 Toyota to anyone looking to have their car serviced or if they simply have any concerns when it comes to a vehicle period. All the people at Koch 33 are wonderful to work with. Corey in particular is the best of the bunch. I am always happy when I see he is the one handling my service . Always professional, knows his job well, and never misses anything. Thank you Corey for an outstanding performance.

Connie is absolutely amazing with helping me make sure that I was able to schedule my oil change for my car on a time that worked around my work scheduled. The person working on my car was really great and did a great job. Super happy with my experience.
