I found Koch through TireRack for a tire installation. The service was excellent and the advisor was very apologetic about the costs, but the pricing structure is frustrating. They applied a steep upcharge for an alignment simply because I don't drive a VW. Considering this was 'found' business via a third party, the surcharge was unnecessary and uncompetitive compared to shops like Firestone. Took my fiances Taos to get serviced, it needed recall work as well as tires, brakes, a 60K fluid service, electrical work, and a few other things. It got done very quick for under $2200. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and good communicators. When you come in, it shares the same footprint as Mazda. You'll want to hang a left and once you're past the glass doors of the left entrance to Mazda, there are three lanes tucked into the side of the building to drive into the service lanes. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been a loyal customer for almost 20 years and I will never go back. Ever since Koch took over, their business practices are horrible. What used to be a place that I appreciated greatly has gone downhill. All they care about now is getting as much money from you as possible. Beyond disappointed.
Just bought a 2019 golf r from another dealership used and needed it checked over but didn’t wanta bring it back to where we got it and it was no problem that I brought it in to them! Great service! Omer did what it took to make me feel takin care of! Will consider this my homebase dealership for length of the life of the car!
