My experience was great! Royce really listened and did everything he could to help us. I would recommend Koch Ford. And I will go back if I need another vehicle.
The dealership did a good job on the trade in of our leases to get a new car. Courtney Johnson was very kind to me and my wife.
Pleasant staff. Was acknowledged and waited on right away. We waited for our inspection and emissions. Took a little over an hour. Price was good. Later we received a video from the mechanic explaining the tire ware, brakes, tested the battery and topped off all the fluids. They would notify us if there were any other issues. We will definitely go back again
The truck I wanted was very limited and hard to find. Royce worked with me to get me into the truck I wanted. Because of the shortage, I didn't get the deal I imagined, but they did bend some to get the deal done. I would certainly go back to them in the future.
Someone was right there to help us find what we needed. Very friendly. The day we were there it was 97 degrees outside and the airconditioner was out in the building. Courtney made sure we had water and a fan while going through the process.
Great experience overall. Ricky Pagan was a pleasure to work with and the rest of the sales team seems to be great as well. Thanks for the great purchase!

Hands down the best dealership experience I have had. Was just looking on the lot due to being stuck in a car I did not want. The amazing employees at Koch Bethlehem Ford were able to pull off something I figured no one was going to be able to do get me out of the car and into a truck I wanted.
