Zachary made the whole car shopping experience a lot less daunting. He was professional, easy to talk to, and willing to take his time with us. While we didn't find the exact car we wanted, he showed us several great options and was able to answer every question we had. When we are ready to buy a car, we will be coming back specifically for him.
Zach was very patient and took his time making sure I was comfortable and understood every step of the process!
I went in to test drive an Edge, but Zach' took time to understand my needs and suggested a Bronco Sport, which I had not considered. I ended up with a Bronco Sport and am very happy with it.
Courtney and her team are amazing. They deliver as promised. If I can rate 10 stars I would. extremely satisfied. This is my 2nd truck with Koch ford. Courtney is extremely pleasant, honest, and gets the job done with no stress. Definitely recommend.
My wife and I both test drove the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. Stephen was helpful answering questions we had and followed up with us after our purchase. We did not feel pressure to make a purchase during our time at this dealership.
I appreciated how quickly Rob responded to my questions with honest answers. I felt like he was on my side and helped me keep from getting really frustrated with the delays on the manufacturing end of things.
