I had an issue with the engine at 5000 miles and called the service department and talked to Kevin and was told I had to wait a week to get the vehicle in for it to be looked at. I then received a call from Adam Weber and he asked me to bring the car in for a diagnosis. Adam explained to me the course of action and he got me ready to test a theory Adam had. I needed a car so I called Ford. I spoke to Royce about what would I like in particular and he said I think I can help you come over to Ford. I got there and everyone was friendly. I test drove two cars and paper work was fast and I DROVE THE CAR HOME! Will recommend to anyone.
