Service department personnel are always pleasant, courteous and work is completed in a timely manner. As usual this was a pleasant experience with no hassle.

Where the website would not let me set an expedited appointment but I was able to call in where they set me up with an early appointment that fit my schedule
Royce was polite, detail-oriented, and got me my dream car in record time! The car was at a sister dealership I was at earlier that day, but they said I couldn't add heated seats which was a dealbreaker. Royce said this is no problem, got me the car that day, and scheduled a time to install the comfort package! Best car buying experience ever!

I enjoyed dealing with Koch and Royce very much. No BS at all. I don’t give 5 ratings because that’s perfect and nobody is perfect. A better rating would be a 9 out of 10. Hopefully the service dept. will match the sales dept.
