This is the first new car I have bought in years and the process has changed drastically. Muhammad assisted me in my purchase and was extremely patient and yet thorough with an explanation of each step. I never felt pressured by Muhammad. His knowledge of the vehicle and the process of the purchase was superior. He took the time to go through all of the electronics within the vehicle, which I needed. I had the best guy working on my car and when the service guy Came out to get me every single question I had he answered completely and thoroughly. I was more satisfied today than i've ever been because some of my experiences weren't that great prior. Very, very long, wait time to get anything done to your car. That is the only complaint that I have.
