Excellent work by the whole team. Lauren was great in helping me find a truck that worked great for my family. She went over and above from the start of the day until I drove the truck off the lot. She was very informative when it came to the truck that I purchased.
Wonderful buying experience It was such a pleasure buying my explorer from Sean Zimmerman. I told him what I wanted and within an hour he came back with options. Finalizing the deal was painless, so polite and accommodating.

Free oil change and tire rotation Took my car in to Koch for the free oil change and tire rotation.. Plus they also checked my brakes and other .It there way of giving the customer a free service when you buy a vehicle from them.
Personnel Keep doing what you are doing .Worked in service in the early 70’s. Seems to be a lot easier to handle customers. Will be coming back for regular visits.
Awesome Experience--Easy to Deal With My husband and I came to Koch 33 Ford after spending several hours at another nearby dealership that was not willing to work with our price-point on a new vehicle that we were paying for upfront. Great experience Lauren was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was very helpful and made the entire buying experience easy. She was honest, answered all my questions, was not pushy with the sale and made everything as simple and easy as possible. I would 100% recommend her and Koch.
Always great Everyone at Koch 33 is terrific. They explain everything and don't try to fleece you, unlike other service departments I've dealt with - plus the new waiting room is awesome :)
