Straightforward with information on the car and pricing. My saleswoman was great with her willingness to help and personality. Start to finish i had a very good experience overall. Will do business again.
Went in to see how the new Toyota Crown Signia drove and handled. I had no intention of buying anything at this time. By the time I left, I was driving the new hybrid Signia Home. The salesman did not try to pressure me and explained all the details of this new model. I left paying a competitive price, feeling good about the purchase, and a 2025 Signia. Kin of says it all.
Sales and financing personnel were professional and knowledgeable and not pushy. Lot inventory provided options . Overall experience was very positive and I would recommend this dealership.
Went on a spur of the moment trek to PA to purchase my truck from Koch and was not disappointed! From the first phone call the customer service was amazing. They set aside my truck for the duration of travel time, handled all of my out of state transactions and got me back on the road to home quickly and efficiently. This place is a well-oiled machine. Highly recommended! PS I am OBSESSED with this truck- THANK YOU!

We had a great experience. , everyone was was so professional and helpful. . Our salesman Manoj Godika is the the best . He was our salesperson ina different dealership. He was so wonderful that I had to do some research to find out where he was now working and found him and went to Koch just for his help, after using his previous jdealership for 17 years I recommend him to everyone looking for a new car
