Staff was excellent! Miguel was diligent and very informative, very attentive to our needs and concerns and a pleasure to work with!
This is the third 4 runner we have purchased from the dealership since 2019. We cannot say enough great things about the vehicles! This particular purchase, Dylan and Jason assisted us through the process and were very professional and knowledgeable through the transaction and would recommend them for anyone in the market for a vehicle especially for the uplifts that the dealership performs. Went in to see how the new Toyota Crown Signia drove and handled. I had no intention of buying anything at this time. By the time I left, I was driving the new hybrid Signia Home. The salesman did not try to pressure me and explained all the details of this new model. I left paying a competitive price, feeling good about the purchase, and a 2025 Signia. Kin of says it all.
Sales and financing personnel were professional and knowledgeable and not pushy. Lot inventory provided options . Overall experience was very positive and I would recommend this dealership.
Went on a spur of the moment trek to PA to purchase my truck from Koch and was not disappointed! From the first phone call the customer service was amazing. They set aside my truck for the duration of travel time, handled all of my out of state transactions and got me back on the road to home quickly and efficiently. This place is a well-oiled machine.
