A good experience The saleman (Chris) was very open and helpful. The process was not stressful, except when another salesman tried to sell me a lot of accessories that I didn't want. Wouldn't take no for an answer! The price seemed fair, and I really like the dealership, in an overall sense.

Great Experience Leasing my new car When we first arrived we saw John Wolfe in the Gold Cart and asked if he would drive us up to the lot that held the RAV4"s and Highlanders so we could look at the colors, size etc. He was more than happy to accommodate. Low Stress Environment My car of 8 years died (engine needed replacement) on Monday this week, and on the same day I was walked through the process of getting a new one with less stress than I thought I'd have. I'm a graduate student and a teacher so I do not have much to spend monthly, and Joe was empathetic towards this. I got a great deal and was very happy with how I was treated.

Great experience on process and results! Chris Durning's combination of practical knowledge and friendly, easy going personality made our experience great. Going into the weekend, we felt like we had a chore ahead of us and it ended up being a very pleasant and efficient experience.
