Very pleasant experience. We are very happy to have purchased the new Highlander from Acton Toyota and Chris. When we arrived, Chris had the car ready in the lot for us to test drive. He also showed us a different model that I had inquired and explained the difference in a way we like (side by side comparison on the computer screen 😊). We have been Toyota 'fan' since we were still in Taiwan 36 years ago. My two daughters also drive Toyota cars. Acton Toyota and Chris have made us a long-lasting Toyota fan.
Brian Doney was fantastic and the cars are impeccable We recently bought a Ford Focus SEL with Brian's assistance. He was extremely professional, fun, responsive, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. The cars that we viewed and drove were amazing. They were in impeccable condition and, they were meticulously serviced and cleaned. I would absolutely, and without reservation recommend Brian and Cat Bob Moran's Acton used car Annex.
Purchased used car at the annex My salesman Andrew Giles was very helpful and informed and easy to deal with. It was pleasantly a no-pressure experience. Scott Doherty in finance was likewise professional and the service was fast and simple. The car I purchsed is in great shape and their 90-day bumper to bumper warranty adds a level of comfort to the used-car purchase.
A good experience I was a pleasure to work with Joe on my recent RAV4 purchase. He was friendly and helpful on the phone after I inquired about one of the Certified pre-owned RAV4's I found on TRUECar. Joe was patient and low pressure while I looked at models and then test drove one with my wife and two children. Excellent exprience Friendly greetings. Our sales person got right into our needs rather than ask us for a lot of personal information. Jack Burke, our sales agent, listened well and treated us with respect and dignity. He pulled out his inventory and made excellent suggestions.
