I called and spoke to Dave regarding a vehicle we were looking to purchase. He went above and beyond to get me the information I needed. I came down to meet with Ray in sales. I cannot say enough good things about Royce and the sales experience I had with him! I have been a long time customer of Bethlehem Ford. I have leased 2 Escapes already and wanted to lease a third. However, Ford recently revamped the Escape and I was convinced I would not be able to afford a new one. What can I say about Mr. Royce......but phenomenal! From day one he was on top of making sure everything went smoothly. I've searched for this car which is a Hyundai Genesis for over three months.
