Service was excellent has it always is at Bethlehem Ford. Been a customer for years and will continue to be one. The whole service is great as well.
Ricky made the purchase of my new F-150 smooth and enjoyable. He was great emailing and making sure they had the truck in stock. The day I picked it up, the truck was clean and ready for delivery. Ricky was honest and the price was what we negotiated. Bethlehem Ford was great to deal with. Justin in the finance department had everything done smoothly. Great dealership nothing but good service and will highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a Ford.
Everyone was nice! Even though we were there 3 hours they offered snacks and drinks out of the vending machine and kept apologizing for the wait.
From a simple phone call to ownership of a 2020 Transit vehicle in three days. There was several calls and emails of pictures of the van . He deligently located my transit. My appointment was safe. Everyone wore masks and social distancing. He was helpful in giving me the best price and set up my app .

Good experience, great people Everything went very well. I knew what vehicle I wanted and Courtney was great. I was able to take it for a nice long test drive by myself and really got to see how it ran and how it handled. Price was reasonable (though it's never low enough, am I right?) and their financing was able to get me a loan at a lower interest rate for the same term than the pre-approved loan I came in with. I would definitely recommend Koch Bethlehem Ford, Courtney and Rich.

Great!! What a Great experience!! Fast friendly service was provided by Ray. We loved the fact that he sent us a video of the truck inside and out for us to view while we were waiting approval of the loan. We both felt very welcomed and comfortable during our time spent with Ray. He was very personable!! Also loved the fact of no pressure!!
