Pleasant Experience I had a very pleasant buying experience purchasing my new Ford Fusion. Tyler was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He never gave up, kept working with me until I got the deal I wanted. All the guys were friendly, helpful and great to work with. Koch Ford is the place to go My used car buying experience was more than I could have hoped for. Not only was the sales rep Courtney Johnson amazing, but the general manager Geoff was too! I never dreamed I could afford such an incredible car that looked brand new and has low miles . I’m still pinching myself!!! Great experience! This was the easiest, fastest car purchase I’ve ever made. I did not have to go through the hassle of the back and forth regarding price and was given a fair offer for my trade in up front. Hard Working Salesman Tyler took over from another salesperson and provided great service. We originally came in for a Ford Ranger but Tyler worked with the GM to provide options for the bigger F150. The lease for the F150 came in with a lower payment than the Ranger. Tyler reviewed a number of trucks with us before settling on the right model and color.
