Fast and easy We gave the rating we did because this was actually the fastest and easiest car purchase that we have ever had. We have always had to spend a lot of time trying to negotiate a purchase that works for us and this purchase just went very easy.
Ford is the #1 vehicle to drive I have driven Ford vehicles for years. I have used the Bethlehem location for years and will continue to do so! Friendly, no pressure atmosphere. Ricky was very accommodating, he encouraged me to take an Eco Sport home overnight to test drive and he had no problem running back and forth to the lot to show me multiple cars....it was a blazing hot day 95 degrees + !! Expedition purchase I was looking for a very specific SUV. Other dealers said it wasn’t available within 500 miles. My salesperson found me the exact car in an afternoon. Great salesman Tyler was great and honest and it was a very enjoyable experience when I was purchasing the vehicle. If I have to buy another Ford vehicle, I will definitely come to Bethlehem Ford and ask for Tyler again.

Just another rainy day in July A friendly dealership and a friendly salesman who went out of his way...even in a rainstorm...to show us the cars we wanted to see...and went out of his way to help us meet our budget when we found the one we wanted. 😊
Would buy from them again. The team did a great job especially salesman Ricky. I was shopping for a used car and there's we're going over very well mechanically and aesthetically nice clean cars and trucks. And from my recent used car shopping experience are few and far between. I left confident that I purchased a vehicle I can rely on. My insurance company was able to find me a better finance rate otherwise it would have been a 5 star experience.
Amazing experience with Rich Dillion We just returned a lease vehicle without releasing. Usually when we do this dealers/salespeople don’t treat us very well. That’s is NOT the case at Bethlehem Ford. Rich Dillon took care of us right away. He was incredible pleasant, knowledgeable and fast!! When we give our current car to our son we will be going to Bethlehem Ford and Rich without a doubt!!!
