Pleasant-No Pressure-Friendly This is my second car purchased at Bethlehem Ford and the staff is friendly and professional. The service department works in a timely and efficient manner and the sales department has always given me a fair trade value for my car. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that during the Leasing process I would have liked a more detailed explanation of how the lease was calculated.
Wonderful experience I had a great experience when usually trying to buy a car is not at all. Maria is easy to work with and knowledgeable. She made me feel as though she was on my side to help me the whole time I was there.

Very Happy The sales person Maria was very informative and after speaking with my current insurance company ( who’s rates I think are ridiculous) told me about another insurance that would probably give me a better rate on insurance. The process of getting everything done was longer then I thought, but was well worth it. Very happy with my new SUV . Plus they have a referral program so if any of my friends are looking for a used or new vehicle check Koch n tell them I sent you.
