Leased a 2016 Fiesta ST I am, without a doubt, a car salesman's worst nightmare. I do inordinate amounts of research on the car, finance, inventory, invoice pricing...everything. Then i walk into the dealership toting a laptop with a spreadsheet i built to calculate amortization or lease payment on the fly. As expected, the other dealerships i went to frowned upon my laptop. Purchasing a New Ford F150 Went to numerous dealerships looking for a truck to pull our camper. We purchased from Bethlehem Ford because of their experience great price and EXCELLENT customer service . We dealt with Dave Schrader and Chris Wildt and I highly recommend them !!! Worst experience ever with a car dealership. Made an appointment two weeks ago to get a part for my vehicle. Never given a price or asked, just wanted to get it repaired. I go there this morning and the person at the counter wants to work up a quote. She gives me the pricing and then says the part has to be ordered can I come back tomorrow. I work at a small company and wasted the whole day to get my vehicle fixed and they don't even have the part on order. THEY KNEW WHAT WAS NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR. I had an issue with my new car. Stephen was concerned and had me revisit the dealership with my new car. My meeting was interrupted by a used car manager named Harley Davidson who was rude and disrespectful to me.
Horrible customer service, exorbitant shop rates, only communicated through text messages. I do not recommend them at all.
Took my truck in for service they changed the oil and were supposed to rotate the tires and never did but charged me, so look at your bill and make sure all work was done!! the last time I took it in they had it for weeks for warrantee/recall and inspection. The inspection was never done! this place is not good for service. Only good to buy car here.
I went to the dealership to have my replaced ABS component programmed for my VIN number. They charged me for an hour of time, but, only spent about 15 minutes trying to do the job. They couldn't complete the job and couldn't tell me why they couldn't. Incompetent. Go somewhere else.
Service manager DUD My wife and I have purchased two preowned cars from a wonderful sales person Doug. We have had both serviced and the service has been done well. Problem has been the "seeding" looking service desk area and the service manager who has no personality and should be changing oil rather than dealing with custommers!
