Ricky Pagan #1 Salesman & Koch Bethlehem Ford rocks! I was worried after Bethlehem Ford was sold to Koch. Hard Working Salesman Tyler took over from another salesperson and provided great service. We originally came in for a Ford Ranger but Tyler worked with the GM to provide options for the bigger F150. The lease for the F150 came in with a lower payment than the Ranger. Tyler reviewed a number of trucks with us before settling on the right model and color. Fast and easy We gave the rating we did because this was actually the fastest and easiest car purchase that we have ever had. We have always had to spend a lot of time trying to negotiate a purchase that works for us and this purchase just went very easy.
Ford is the #1 vehicle to drive I have driven Ford vehicles for years. I have used the Bethlehem location for years and will continue to do so! Friendly, no pressure atmosphere. Ricky was very accommodating, he encouraged me to take an Eco Sport home overnight to test drive and he had no problem running back and forth to the lot to show me multiple cars....it was a blazing hot day 95 degrees + !! Expedition purchase I was looking for a very specific SUV. Other dealers said it wasn’t available within 500 miles. My salesperson found me the exact car in an afternoon.
