Best Dealership Visit! I generally trade in a vehicle every couple of years, so I'm not a stranger to the car buying process. This dealership by far was my best experience and I will definitely go back when it is time! courtney sure made carbying easy . Honest, up front, realistic, no ridiculous pressure The car buying journey at KOCH BETH FORD was a positive one. The sales team delivered a great car at a reasonable price. From negotiations to the finalization of paperwork Rick was great to deal with. He wasn’t over pressuring, he was understanding and respected our requests for what we were looking for in a purchase/payment amount. Excellent salespeople to work with. I had to buy another used car because mine cost too much to fix to pass inspection. I looked at many other dealerships but didn't find anything that compared to the quality that Koch had. Plus they were so much easier to deal with. I was trading my car in and Rick gave me an estimate of my car and how much the car I was looking at would be within a matter of minutes. They didn't drag it out like other dealerships I dealt with.
