Purchased a car here. Would not recommend. Will probably avoid ford altogether in the future
Don't get your car fixed here. Josh the manager will lie to you about what is wrong, they will misdiagnose the problem. Keep your vehicle for two months and not care enough to offer a loaner or even tell the truth that they made a mistake. Plus Koch charges the highest labor rate in the valley! Save yourself time & money and go anywhere else!
The salesperson, Courtney Johnson, is excellent. My experience with Ford was not good at all. I waited 6 month for the delivery of my new Explorer.
Ford Koch Bethlehem was quite the experience. Royce was amazing and aided us through the 2 week nightmare that was our reality! He didn’t have much control because he wasn’t in management but he made sure we left with a good car. The car in this picture isn’t the car we have today. They were supposed to rotate my tires and they didn't, I went for a quick lane and they didn't put wiper liquid on me, they didn't check any kind of liquid, they didn't change my tire because a screw didn't come out. You didn't tell me when I took my car, I didn't answer

I would never buy a truck from this place again. I test drove a truck which I noticed the ac didn't work. Upon return I informed them of this and said I would buy the truck if the ac worked. They assured me it worked, they said they just put a new condenser in it. They said they would charge the system and it should work. And it did for 3 days until all the freon leaked out. Found a small dent on my car that wasn’t there when I drop it off. Also I had morning appointment I left car and 2 pm car was just brought into the shop. Had to wait for car.
Sadly this might be the only way to get them to respond. Buyers Beware!!!! I have about had it with this dealership. I’m done calling only to get voice mail or shoved off to someone who will “take care of it”. I’ve been trying to cancel my extended warranties, gap and insurances on a car I traded. If you know how it works you basically get a prorated refund the time you trade or sell. Ive gone thru this process before and never ever had this much trouble.
