If I could give Zero stars I would. This dealer took full advantage of my son when he bought his car recently from them. First of all it was a recent trade in and they did not do a proper inspection of the vehicle before even allowing their sales team to sell it. It took one week until they allowed my son to even take the car off the lot because of a tire pressure sensor. Told the service advisor not to rotate my tires as I just purchased them. He went out to the service tech to advise him not to rotate. When my service was done, the advisor stated it was to late and the tires were rotated. I watched the service and never saw any rotation. I need to get a refund and I am very disappointed in the service dept.

When BETHLEHEM Ford was BETHLEHEM Ford they were great, especially sales (Kevin Morales) and also service. Now with new ownership I am very unhappy with both sales and service. My 5th Fusion total disaster!! NO MORE

Dishonest and Shady. Bought a Brand new F150 on October 10th from Rick. Negotiated a deal with for a certain monthly payment with $2500 down. And ofcourse once they get you in the finance office that all changes and the price goes back up. Oh but wait there is more. Watch what you buy I purchased a used Chevy Silverado from the Bethlehem Ford Location and it was a smooth process and purchased an extended warranty. Just over 60 days of having the truck a oil pressure sensor popped up on my check engine light and when I took it back to the dealer to be repaired they tell me it’s not covered under the warranty. So to fix a $80 dollar part is $500 dollar. So so so disappointed in this dealership. I’ve told everyone and anyone I can stay away. Who can you trust.

Used defective parts and flattened my tires Never again. Very friendly people, but the first time I took it there, they messed up my lug nuts on my wheels and then told me they were "getting bad" and had me buy a new set. That set was an after-market set and had rusted over in less than 2 months. When I called to tell them, they were nice and said "bring it back in and we'll take care of it for you." oil change and tire fix Regular oil changes to high price, since kock took over and 26.00 to fix a slow leak in tire. use to be buy 4 oil changes get the 5th free. done away with that to. 70.00 for oil change and fix tire 70.00. way to much. I will use my local garage that is much cheaper.

Bring your own mechanic before purchasing anything! Recently purchased a used F250 from Bethlehem Ford. I was very excited as the people were easy going and seemed honest (I dealt with Doug) and planned to buy more trucks from them initially. Unfortunately, two weeks after purchasing the truck began to break down and hasn't stopped after putting in a 1300 fuel pump..yikes. I also had to have new rear brakes and rotors put on it.
