car purchase We were looking for a used car, and we had previously purchased from Koch. We met with Lauren Arnold, who could not have been more helpful. She was courteous, and prompt in her responses. If we had a question, and she didn't know the answer, she made it a point to find the answer. As we were looking at a used VW on the lot, we didn't expect her to have all the answers at her fingertips. The only reason we rated the experience as a 4, rather than a 5, was due to the manager. Car Buying experience On 11/10/17 I went to Koch for service on my 2012 Toyota Camry. Talked to a Sales liason and was introduced to Lauren Arnold. Very nice person who showed me a 2015 Honda CRV. Service Repair & Recall Service Service and parts department helped locate necessary part(s) and satisfactorily repaired my car ahead of schedule. I had gone to a different Ford dealer previously with dismal results. Koch33 personnel were courteous, communicative, fast and were also able to provide a 10% discount on the repairs as well! A very welcome plus during the Christmas season. THANY YOU!!
