Excellent experience! Ryan was wonderful to work with as a salesperson. This is our 2nd vehicle purchased from this dealership and very happy with both experiences! Ryan worked around our busy schedule to ensure that we were able to purchase our new Hylander the same night; he even returned Monday evening when he was off! oil change Went in for one of my free oil changes Wait time for vehicle for oil change and tire rotation and multi point inspection was alittle longer then i expected Overall friendly staff but after my free oil changes are used i will take vehicle to my own mechanic

wonderful experience Worked with Todd today and couldn't have asked for a better experience. He didn't try to haggle with me. Everybody was very straight forward and was working in my best interest. He asked what we had to work with and he made it happen. Super friendly staff and i'm beyond impressed with this dealership!

Feedback on Koch 33 Service guy very friendly and professional. If there was one thing that could be done better, how about washing the vehicle after service, that would be a great feature that I have gotten with my BMW. Other than that nice job!

Good sales rep but. Ryan Valiente was nothing but professional from our emails to my on site visit. He was attentive to my needs and kept with contacting via email which I preferred. I was blunt and up front with him and him with me. I have no doubt Ryan will be successful! Where it ended was their used car managers embarrassing trade in value of my car and unwillingness to move. Tom Bisbane I absolutely love Tom Bisbane. He is awesome. He has done absolutely everything to satisfy me. He tried his best to get my car taken care of although it kept breaking down after the fact I just don't think the repair persons or the Ford Corporation could fix the problem. But Tom himself was the best. Although I ended up getting rid of the car trading it in for a different vehicle. I will no longer be going to the Ford dealer for service but I wish Tom Bisbane the best.
