The reason I'm giving this rating to Richard Johnson is definetly one of the best car salesman I dealt with in my 10 years of buying cars. He was trustworthy and really serious about getting me the right Toyota of my choice. I appreciated the time and patience and I will be referring others to him they need a new vehicle as well. Great prices and even greater service.

I saw in auto trader a 2007 expedition that was close in options of what I was looking for. this was my first "internet" buying experience. I called Milham, Vera, gave me Kevin to talk to about the car. he was very patient, answered all of my questions honestly, and went out and checked items on the car for me. after all, I had a 300 mile round trip to buy this. the car was what I liked, they cleaned it to car show specs,filled it with gas ,and back to CT. I am from Syracuse, NY and I found the perfect 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee I was looking for nearly 2 months through the internet. The vehicle was priced far below anywhere within a 500 mile radius. I had a great experience at Milham Toyota and working with Keith Doddy. I explained to Keith what I was looking for and my price point and he was able to find exactly what I needed at a few dollars under my monthly budget. The process was seamless - everything was taken care of for me. Keith was both patient and attentive. I felt as though I was working with a friend rather than a salesperson. My wife and i have bought 7 vehicles from milham toyota. We have had a great experience every time. Milham toyota does care about customer satisfaction. We also used Rey Nieves our sales man for every purchase we have made. He treates us like royalty and does everything he can to get us the best deal. He is a big part of why we keep going back. We plan on using Milham toyota for any future purchases as we are now very comftorable with Rey and the dealership. I hope this review helps you on your next vehicle purchase.

We recently purchased a new Toyota through the efforts of Kevin Acevedo. He was friendly, courteous and extremely patient as we made our final purchase for a new Toyota Camry. Outstanding professionalism, friendly, personable, strong "What do you like & how can I help you attain it" vs. some other shops:"This what we have. Now which do you want?" Jackie sold us on Milham, her team, the Service Dept & operation, and of course a very nice car at a good competative price. I would recommend Jackie and Milham to relatives, friends, anyone. To sum it up: QUALITY.

I had an issue where I was trying to sell my deceased fathers car and a carfax report was ran and it had incorrect bad remarks about my fathers car, Sarah kept in touch with me and was the main reason I came back to the dealership after I had to show carfax their reports was incorrect, I dealt with Matt on my return and he was very nice and we are currenty in the process of transferring the vehicle. Thank You for helping me get my late Father's affairs in order.
