Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable and friendly. Speaking to Vera the evening before on the telephone convinced me this was where I would buy my next car. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Kevin & Vera.
Pricing policy is great. Mike Haney knew everything about Scion. Mike Reilly was so helpful at securing a good finance rate for me. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I even brought my older car in for service. Wonderful experience.
Shantae was an exceptional sales associate. She got us bottom line pricing without going through the annoying 'negotiation' process of making a purchase. I can’t thank the team at Milham Toyota of Bethlehem, PA enough for getting me into my “dream” retirement car. Some 35 years ago I knew a retired fellow who drove a used Alpha Romeo that was kind of beat up – but still his retirement “dream” car. Kevin was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the car features and was very easy to work with. He made my car buying experience very enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone buying a car at Dick Milham to use Kevin as a sales person.
Started new car search. Wes spent 2 hrs with with me. Extremely well versed, helpful, listed to my needs. However, the new no haggle, sticker pricing actually drove me away. General manager informed me " the Milham price was the bottom price". After shopping around, no so. Please ask for Wes if you are considering purchasing. My comments do now flow freely, that's how awesome he was.
I was in the market for a new SUV, I have been shopping around at other dealerships, I'm not good with high pressure sales and tactics - I usually just walk away.
