I think it’s pretty cool to have a Moble Service! They pulled in did the recall on my new F 150 and 20 minutes later was finished. This service is so convenient. Glad I purchased my truck at Koch Ford.

Koch 33 Ford made my repairs a priority. They were methodical in diagnosing an out of the ordinary problem in the left front end of my vehicle and made the necessary repairs in a timely fashion. They kept me notified of their progress and treated me with professionalism throughout the entire time they were servicing my vehicle. The process from drop off to pick up was very smooth. Faced with an odd emergency & new to the Lehigh Valley, i chose Koch bc it was on the AAA list. Walt was the rep who helped me, & I do mean helped. His attitude was patient & kind, explaining so that I could understand why my car would not go in reverse. Brian also was very pleasant & patient.

Friendly, honest inspection service with easy online scheduling, video summary from technician and quick turn around. Erika and service advisor team have always been nice to work with over the years. I’m particular about where I take the Mustang. This is one of the few places I trust.
