Excellent service. Great personal. Really fast service. They send me a video explaining everything in my car. Totally recommended. The waiting seats area are cleaned.

I was interested in a 2013 Ford F-150 with high miles. The initial phone call I spoke with Jim B. manager. Jim was very informative about the truck. I ask for more pictures of the truck since I live 70 miles away and did not want to arrive and there was a piece of junk.Jim passed me off to Gabe. I came to Koch Ford as moral support for a friend trying to purchase a F-150 Lariat they had in stock. The entire team was involved and made it efficient, smooth and gave a value that would make anyone feel comfortable. Ryan, our salesperson, was great. I really enjoyed that he stayed with us!!
