Fast service The service was quick and thorough. I did not have to wait for too long. The coffee was good. This was a good experience. I will definitely be back again.
5000 mile check My visit was quick and painless. The staff was both professional and efficient. I arrived for my appointment on time and was back on the road in 30 minutes.
Professional It’s a friendly professional atmosphere. The only downside was it took too long for what I was having done. 1 hour fora tire rotation and top off fluids is too long.

Smooth transaction Today I stopped by Koch 33 to see about a used Toyota Highlander I seen on their site. However I missed out on that particular one. Steven Douglas met us outside & was great ready to help us find what we were looking for. World class service I went in find a car we like and compete financing in less than 1 hour. Other dealers are about the pressure this was very relaxing and at our pace. Like what the are doing with the pace. I know how it was my first car there was 1991. This place is growing.
My lovely Highlander When we walked in to the dealership, we were greeted and a salesperson was assigned to take care of our needs. The salesman was not aggressive, did try to fill our needs and was friendly and helpful. Once we chose to buy/lease we were treated like we were the only people in the world.
