Great dealership. Great staff. Very helpful. Very friendly. I had gone to several other dealerships and they were just as friendly but somehow things just seemed to click with Koch 33 just a bit better. So we bought the vehicle.
Painless scheduling and vehicle returned on time. Koch 33 Toyota has very professional and courteous Service Staff. Appointment scheduling was simple and my vehicle was returned on time as previously discussed. There's a free shuttle, loaner and rental vehicle options. I recently decided to wait knowing in advance it would be roughly 4 hours. The customer lounge is very comfortable with numerous amenities. You can do a little work or just sit back and relax...either way the time will pass right by.

Car buying made easy I arrived an hour before closing and the staff was very patient and willing to do whatever it took to satisfy my needs. They had a large inventory and real nice facility. Would definitely recommend Koch. Salesman was also professional and knowledgeable.
