I worked with Jonathon Spross when trading my lease I originally got from Hyundai (couldn’t get out of this lease fast enough, my transmission blew my first year with it). Jonathon was so patient with me and made me feel so comfortable during the process as this was the first time I was doing it on my own. I couldn’t have had a better experience. He is transparent and really met all of my needs to the best of his abilities. I truly appreciate his attention and compassion for his customers. Thank you Jonathon!
I recently purchased a car at Koch 33 Toyota and I must say that not only was the staff phenomenal, this was also a very painless experience. I have to specifically thank Tony Bryant and Adam Smith. We have been to many dealerships to purchase vehicles in the past. Hands down this was the best customer service we have ever experienced! They had excellent knowledge of the vehicle and could answer all our questions. Discussing the financials was hassle free and very simple. I bought my Rav 4 from here in 2021 and the salesman James was nice and very informative. Except... When we were finished signing papers and confirming the perks that he rattled off to sell us the car.. He told us we were making it up. Now, this is not me nor my boyfriend's first time buying cars (alone or with others) and we both heard him say they do full internal cleanings for free while the car is under warranty. I have always serviced my Toyota Prius at Koch 33. I did not go in for brake work but 1500 bucks of upsells later and three return trips to dealer after they did brake flush, front rotors and pads, and rear brakes, the front right brake has been squealing non stop. There were no noises prior to service. They were and still are incapable of correctly fixing the noise they created to date. To this day my car sounds like a school bus.
