I had a great experience buying my first car on my own from Tony and the crew at KOCH!! With the market and lack of cars right now, it has been a struggle to find what I wanted that fit my budget. I went to a couple of other dealerships before but this one is BY FAR the best TOYOTA Dealership in the Lehigh Valley area. I haven't had any experience with the service department yet but the sales dept. is terrific. Dotty was my sales person and after buying dozens of cars during my life, I can truly say that this was my best experience. Not only was there no game playing, but Dotty knows her cars and had all the answers to my questions.
