One of the best car experiences anyone can have from Start to finish. James and Norman were able to get me the Truck I wanted with no head aches or hassles. The atmosphere at Koch is wonderful from sales, to finance all the way to service. Nothing beats Koch when it comes to the experience of purchasing a vehicle and getting it service.

Yesterday I bought a car, mario was the one to help me. He was amazing and so very helpful. He did everything to help me find the perfect car. Everybody was so nice and helpful. They claim they give Kellie Blue Book Fair trade in price witch they didn't and poor Mario had to go back and forth with a manager who must not know they advertise the vehicle on line for less. I feel Mario did an excellent job trying to keep me happy when I was ready to walk away. Tedd Baxter

Jake helped us find our toyota sienna in 2017 and now a 2021 toyota tundra. Whether it was a phone call or text he always answered our questions.... and we had alot of them. We approached several different dealers and Jake by far had the best communication and was most willing to work with us. We would highly recommend him!

Hi I thought the dealership was very friendly. I talked with Dotty Miller about getting a new Rav 4 XLE . She went over all the features prior to taking the suv for a ride. She was very polite and knowledge. I recommended her to some of my co workers.
