Great positive experience with sales person Jake. High inventory. Many choices. Very accommodative to all the request. Lowest pricing in Lehigh valley. Not a great experience with the business manager who tried to sell extra warranty without disclosure and tried to make the paper work for an amount higher than agreed

2019 RAV 4 Great selection and customer service. Worked with us on financing and sales person really knew the vehicle well. Would recommend checking them out if you need a vehicle.

Great dealership. Great staff. Very helpful. Very friendly. I had gone to several other dealerships and they were just as friendly but somehow things just seemed to click with Koch 33 just a bit better. So we bought the vehicle.

Painless scheduling and vehicle returned on time. Koch 33 Toyota has very professional and courteous Service Staff. Appointment scheduling was simple and my vehicle was returned on time as previously discussed. There's a free shuttle, loaner and rental vehicle options. I recently decided to wait knowing in advance it would be roughly 4 hours. The customer lounge is very comfortable with numerous amenities. You can do a little work or just sit back and relax...either way the time will pass right by.
