Pleasurable Experience A large part of the experience of buying a new car is the people you come in contact with. From the greeter (Patti) who remembers always my name to my engaging salesperson (Norman Munoz), I felt comfortable and valued. I visited five other dealerships in my search for my new car and can say that this was not always the case.

Excellent Service Eveyone here treated me very well even though I wasn't very informed on the process of getting a new car. With their patience and fantastic help I managed to pick out a beautiful car that I look forward to driving everywhere. My sales guy was Norman and was of fantastic help and attitude. He answered all my questions and helped me figure out the best route to take for the purchase. I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a car to stop by and ask for Norman or anyone there.

Efficient I had a limited amount of time for my appointment, but Koch Toyota consultants, especially Steven, worked hard to get me into a new leased vehicle quickly and efficiently. I appreciated the no-nonsense approach.
