Best car buying g experience ever Koch 33 and my salesman Oscar are awesome !! Very friendly staff all around. Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Treated so well. Fair negotiations, complete transparency in their dealings. No one should hesitate going to Koch 33 to buy a car!

No hassle sales They never hassled me to purchase. I was in several times test driving different models. They even searched for car I wanted in trim and color since it wasn't on the lot.

Absolutely wonderful! I have been to dealerships before where they didn't really care about my needs only making a sale. That wasn't my experience at Koch 33 Toyota. Everyone was so nice. I dealt primarily with Oscar, who listened to what I wanted, and treated me with such kindness and respect. I was amazed by the honesty and greatly appreciated that customer service was their top priority rather than just making a sale. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who would listen.

Great service and bo Everyone work so fast and efficiently to get me in a car. I answered a flyer not thinking I would leave with anything and I did. I love my new car and their customer service was impeccable, the car salesman Oscar even went as far to pick me up. I will DEFINITELY be back when it’s time to upgrade again.

Always GREAT. The agent is Always informative I have always owned a Toyota Vehical and keeping the maintenance is always so easy. I wouldn’t want to own any other vehicle. This was a service maintenance and the agent was patient and knew what he was explaining to me in a way I understood.
