KOCH 33 TOYOTA-ALWAYS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!! Kyle (who does dent/ding repair for the dealership) did an AMAZING FLAWLESS job on my 2018 Camry XSE V6 removing a small dent from the door panel from going through a automatic car wash, which I’ll never do again! But his work and his prescence were both superb and I couldn’t stop thanking him! Dan from Service Department always takes care of me and aids in me having a superb experience whenever I’m at Koch 33! Thank you!! :)

I went to get my car serviced My car needed to be inspected and the oil changed. They were very nice. In order to pass the inspection, I needed to get other stuff done.

Great customer care Koch 33 Toyota has their act together. You pull into the service garage and a person comes to your door to greet you. I was checked in immediately dropping off my vehicle. They called me when the job was done and they were actually 30 mins earlier then anticipated.

Great truck buying experience We stopped here after visiting other dealerships. The Koch team was knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us into buying a vehicle. The showroom was clean and inviting. We ended up buying a new truck at an incredible price. Our salesman, Chris, took the time to understand what we were looking for and we were able to get it for a price we could afford.

Best experience ever After shopping at many local Lehigh Valley dealerships over the past two months, I accompanied our son to KOCH 33. He is a 21 year old college student who needed a safe, reliable, and affordable car to commute to school. Rite on time My experience at Koch 33 went very well. Oscar Alarcon took great care of me. He was responsive and attentive to what my needs were and quickly made the deal happen. July 9 2018 Reason for service appointment was certain lights stopped working. Front left turn signal light and left daytime run light were restored to working service during visit. Koch conducted further inspection and I had them complete their following recommendations: Air induction service complete. Cabin air filter replaced. 4 wheel alignment done.
