Love my new car I was very pleased this the great customer service I received. Everyone was nice, the gentlemen helping me was very honest and informative. They have great deals here and I would recommend coming here to get your cars.

Service My contract for service was about to run out. Toyota called me to remind me I should bring my car in even though no service lights were on. They did my next closest service for me. Even though they were very busy and I was told on the phone they would likely have my car all day it was done in a few hours. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and polite. The overall experience was great as it has been every time I have gone.

Great experience Rob really helped my husband & I get the new 2018 Camry that we wanted. He took his time with us, showed us everything we wanted to see & he knew everything about the Camry. When he was showing us the car, he knew the Camry inside and out. My husband and I were very impressed. He also came in on his day off to deliver the car to us & had everything ready! Buying a new car I had bought a 2017 RAV4 Toyota and loved it unfortunately it was hit in an accident and totaled I felt very safe in the car but I had to get a new car so I got a 2018 RAV4 and I absolutely love it everyone I dealt with at Koch was very helpful and gave me excellent service
