You’re not just a number I shopped numerous dealership prior to purchasing and at 1st I shyed away from the larger stores because I wanted a better experience than I had shopping for a new car. A very good experience Koch 33 makes it easy to repair and maintain your car. Their service hours are convenient and scheduling can be done via phone, on line, or their app. The service advisor listened to my needs and the work was done promptly. Options were presented to me and there was no pressure or upselling on work. I will continue to use Koch 33 to keep my ride on the road.

New Tacoma Sport I worked with Chris Cahill and Bob Bozarth... both very helpful and informative. They made sure I got the truck style and options I wanted for the bottom line I was looking for. Mike the business manager was also easy to deal with and gave me a great deal on an extended factory warranty. Chris also has and continues to be helpful in checking out some other minor after market options I’m interested in.
