Outstanding, relaxed and enjoyable I have bought my last 4 cars from Acton Toyota of Littleton because the staff are wonderful! Jack Burke just sold me my new 2019 RAV 4 and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I went in on Sunday and it was super busy, but Jack welcomed me and immediately sat down with me to see what I was looking for. First Toyota Andrew and Christopher were very and helpful in describing the features of the car and answering questions. Andrew gave me a good launch WRT the modern features I'm not used to and helped set up the options while explaining them. I bought it because I liked the test drive and Toyota reputation for reliability.

What a difference a dealer makes! My car of eleven years suddenly would not start. I had it towed to my previous dealer and waited for two weeks to learn that the car was "totalled" due to a rodent infestation. My son and I walked in to Acton Toyota in Littleton. We were met by Jack Burke who was friendly but not pushy. We explained our situation. He was sympathetic and explained about "Certified Pre-owned" Toyotas. WONDERFUL!!! Wellington is AMAZING!!!! I have known him for years and have bought several cars from him. He is customer focused, knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell that he loves what he does as he is great at his job. I would highly recommend doing business with Wellington and Acton Toyota. Great experience buying a 2017 Camry This was our first experience purchasing at Acton Toyota of Littleton. The salesman, Anthony Cherqaoui, was excellent. He worked with Brian Lipomi to facilitate our look at potential cars and then handled the rest of the process. It was a pleasure working with Anthony. Chris, in the financial office, was also very helpful.
Great experience Steve was great - really listened to what I was looking for and honed in on that without any pressure to add more to it. He even encouraged me not to buy extras that I would not use. Steve was so helpful with answers to my many questions, and made the process of buying a new car stress free - which I did not think was possible! Thanks, Steve!
