Great dealership ! Excellent customer ! I walked into the dealership with dread. I find the negotiations nerve racking. The back and forth trying to one up a salesman is daunting. 2nd Great Experience I really liked Jack Burke. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. He was honest and had great follow through. He even came in on his day off to deliver the car to me. He actually made the car buying experience enjoyable!
Excellent staff and a good value, one limitation This is the third Highlander my wife and I have purchased through AToL. The first, a 2007, we drove (just traded in for the third one) for 165K miles on countless ski trips and trips to Rochester, NY, and throughout New England the grocery store. They take care of you! Tim was very meticulous in understanding my needs and provided me with a great price. I cross-referenced this against another Toyota dealership and another vehicle dealer and Tim's price was unbeatable. In addition, he was on top of things and I was able to wrap up the process from purchase to delivery in 3 business days. I will definitely buy from Tim again.
Professional and Courteous Jack and the team at Acton Toyota were great to interact with. Super nice and knowledgeable and willing to work with our work schedule. After we signed the paperwork, they called us back in because we qualified for a lower loan rate which I did not expect, especially since everything had already been signed. True professionals!
