Awesome Cars I already had other cars from other brands/models, but when I started to buy Toyota, particularly at Acton Toyota, also particularly with Jack, I realized that not only Toyota cars were superior to the ones I had already, but also the pre-sales and post-sales were exceptional. Always helpful never failed to meet a question or requirement questioned no matter if it was large or small. Could not be more satisfied, thank you.
Smooth Buying Experience I felt like I was taken care of honestly and graciously. Steve always made me feel like my needs were the most important, that he would stay late if that's what my schedule needed, etc. I felt like I was getting the best price and loved that everything was explained in an easy-to-follow way. I would happily buy another car from him (but hopefully won't have to for a long time!).
A very pleasant, professional experience I just purchased a new Toyota Avalon and it was a very smooth, professional transaction. I was able to go for a test drive and Ken White was able to answer all my questions. He was prompt for our scheduled meeting times, did his homework prior to my first arrival and provided me with detailed information on several alternatives which made a decision much easier. He was terrific.
Fantastic Experience! I have bought/leased a few vehicles before and this was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Buying a car is typically a dreaded experience with haggling back and forth and often times feeling like you had gotten taken advantage of. Acton Toyota is the exact opposite. Easy as pie I called, let these guys know what I was looking for and what I had for a trade. Within 24 hours, I had received an e-mail outlining a potential deal and was sitting in the dealership with Chris going over specifics. Fast forward to my butt in the seat behind the wheel of a new vehicle in three days time!
